Debbie began her career as an office junior within a firm of cartographers and soon showed a natural affection for finance and over a 25-year career became Finance Director. From there she worked for a luxury lingerie company for several years, also head of finance, before joining Cole Ironcraft in April 2017.
She oversees all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, banking and reconciliations, vat returns and management accounts.
