Matt joined Cole Ironcraft in early 2020 just before Covid, setting up a series of finishing procedures and a review of company standards, to increase productivity and quality throughout the plant.
Previously to this, Matt gained 25 years’ experience with a national steel corrosion, protection & powder coating facility. He gained a NVQ in management and IOSH managing safety accreditation with his previous employer.
Matt is excited for the future with Cole Ironcraft mainly due to the plans in making huge improvements to our own coating facilities, plus the company itself now going from strength to strength.
